1. Overview
PrArySoft is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our subscription-based services.
2. Free Tier & Trials
Many of our services offer free tiers or trial periods. These do not require payment and can be cancelled at any time without charge.
- Free tier services can be used indefinitely within stated limits
- Trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- We will send a reminder before trial conversion
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings dashboard
- Email request to billing@prarysoft.com
- Contact form at /contact
3.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all paid features until the period ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted (you may request earlier deletion)
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee:
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal
- Refund requests after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partial-year cancellations outside the 14-day window
4.2 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Refunds for the current billing period are not provided for monthly plans
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
4.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email billing@prarysoft.com
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- We will respond within 2 business days
4.4 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
5. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Repeated refund requests
- Requests made significantly after the refund window
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
- Contact us at billing@prarysoft.com first
- Provide details of the disputed charge
- We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as we are committed to resolving billing issues directly.
7. Plan Changes
7.1 Upgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining billing period
7.2 Downgrading
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing period
- You retain access to current plan features until then
- No refunds for the price difference during the current period
8. Service Discontinuation
If PrArySoft discontinues a service:
- We will provide at least 30 days advance notice
- Pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused prepaid periods
- Data export options will be provided
